A contractor built
on structure work.
Grupo SECSA is a construction firm with more than 25 years developing complete projects — planning, engineering, design, execution and turnkey delivery. Stop Energy LLC carries that practice into the United States from Houston, Texas.
Our work starts below grade. Excavation, footings, piles, rebar and concrete are self-performed by our own crews, which is where schedule and cost are won or lost. From there we take the project up: structural frames, complex electrical and general installations, civil works and finishes, through final inspection and warranty.
The team is multidisciplinary — engineers and architects who have worked together for more than a decade, holding to technical standards and to quality and safety requirements on every phase.

Under engineer Oscar Álvarez López, the company becomes a comprehensive construction firm and takes on office expansions and buildouts across the city.
